Wekin 隱私權政策

Wekin(「我們」)是一款家庭共用行事曆 App。本政策說明我們收集哪些資料、怎麼使用、跟誰分享,以及你如何刪除。我們不販售你的資料,也不做廣告追蹤。

我們收集的資料

• 帳號資料:電子郵件、你設定的顯示名稱、帳號識別碼(用於登入與在家庭中辨識你)。
• 你建立的內容:行程、清單、家務、備註等(用於提供行事曆功能,儲存在我們的後端)。
• 照片(僅限你主動提供時):當你使用「拍照辨識行程」時,你選的照片會被送去做 AI 解析(見下)。

我們不收集你的精確位置、通訊錄,也不使用任何廣告或跨 App 追蹤技術。

我們如何使用這些資料

僅用於提供與改善 App 功能:顯示與同步全家行程、清單與家務,以及 AI 辨識。我們不販售你的資料,也不用於廣告。

第三方服務

• Supabase:託管我們的資料庫與帳號系統,儲存上述帳號與內容資料。
• Google Gemini(AI):當你使用拍照或一句話辨識時,該照片或文字會送到 Google 的 AI 服務做解析,以擷取出行程。僅用於該次解析。
• Apple、Google 登入:若你用「Sign in with Apple」或 Google 登入,會透過其服務驗證身份。

資料如何被分享

你建立的行程與家庭資料,只會分享給你所屬家庭的其他成員。我們不會把你的個人資料賣給或租給第三方。

ChatGPT 與其他 MCP 連線

當你在 ChatGPT（或其他支援 MCP 的助理）把 Wekin 帳號連上去時,該助理會經 OAuth 取得你的授權,並可代表你呼叫 Wekin 工具。我們不會主動把行事曆推給 OpenAI;只有你連線、且助理呼叫工具時,才會提供該次所需資料。

工具可能回傳你在該空間看得到的:行程標題、日期、時間、地點、行程識別碼、待辦標題／到期日／識別碼、空間名稱／識別碼／角色、家庭成員顯示名稱,以及你已確認的安排偏好摘要。工具不回傳密碼、登入權杖、精確位置或通訊錄。

OAuth 授權碼與存取權杖存在我們的伺服器,並以金鑰加密。你可以在 ChatGPT 中斷連線,或來信 support@wekin.app 要求撤銷。Wekin 的 MCP 工具不提供刪除行程或改重複系列的能力。

資料保留與刪除

你可以隨時在 App 內刪除帳號:設定 → 帳號 → 刪除帳號。這會刪除你的帳號與你建立的資料,且無法復原。也可來信 support@wekin.app 請我們協助。

兒童

Wekin 供家庭使用,帳號由成人建立與管理。我們不針對 13 歲以下兒童提供獨立註冊。

Wekin Privacy Policy

Wekin (“we”) is a shared family calendar app. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can delete it. We do not sell your data and do not do ad tracking.

Data we collect

• Account data: email address, the display name you set, and an account identifier (to sign you in and identify you within your family).
• Content you create: events, lists, chores, and notes (to provide the calendar; stored on our backend).
• Photos (only when you provide them): when you use “scan a photo for events,” the photo you pick is sent for AI parsing (see below).

We do not collect your precise location or contacts, and we use no advertising or cross-app tracking.

How we use it

Only to provide and improve the app: showing and syncing your family’s events, lists and chores, and AI parsing. We do not sell your data and do not use it for ads.

Third-party services

• Supabase: hosts our database and account system, storing the account and content data above.
• Google Gemini (AI): when you use photo or text recognition, that photo or text is sent to Google’s AI service to extract events. Used only for that request.
• Sign in with Apple / Google: if you use these, your identity is verified through their services.

How data is shared

The events and family data you create are shared only with other members of your family. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

ChatGPT and other MCP connections

If you connect your Wekin account in ChatGPT (or another MCP client), that client receives OAuth access and may call Wekin tools on your behalf. We do not push your calendar to OpenAI on our own; data is returned only when you connect and the client calls a tool.

Tools may return data you can already see in that space: event titles, dates, times, locations, event IDs, to-do titles / due dates / IDs, space names / IDs / roles, household display names, and summaries of scheduling preferences you have confirmed. Tools do not return passwords, login tokens, precise location, or contacts.

OAuth codes and access tokens are stored on our servers and encrypted with a server-side key. You can disconnect in ChatGPT, or email support@wekin.app to revoke access. Wekin MCP tools cannot delete events or rewrite a recurrence series.

Retention & deletion

You can delete your account anytime in the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. This deletes your account and the data you created, and cannot be undone. You may also email support@wekin.app for help.

Children

Wekin is for family use; accounts are created and managed by adults. We do not offer standalone sign-up for children under 13.
